1. License

Ionut Lupu ("medialup.com") grants you non-exclusive limited license to use its own products and other products sold through this website ("products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ("license").

All our Joomla! extensions are released under GNU/GPL v2 license.

2. Products Usage

You may use all our products on as many websites (domains) as you want and for as how long as you want without limitation. However, product support and update period is limited to a period of 1 (one) year since the purchase date and for one domain only.

When the period of 1 year expires, you can still use all products without paying any extra fee.

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. However, you must acknowledge that for heavily modified products medialup.com doesn't provide any support.

3. Products Delivery

All our free products are available for download without paying any money. In order to download a free product you must register on our website. All our free products are located inside the "Client Area".

For all the other non-free products, there are 2 ways of delivery, based on the chosen options during the check out process.

  • If you have chosen the guest checkout, after we have successfully received your payment, the download information will be emailed to the email address you provided during the payment process( your paypal email address). This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through contact page. Some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up to review of Paypal. Antifraud check occurs due to the existence of a large number of fraudulent transactions.
  • If you have chosen to checkout as a registered user, after we have successfully received your payment you should be able to see your purchase in our Client Area section (under the "Products" menu). Please allow up to 1 hour for your payment to be processed. If after this period of time you do not see your purchased product into our Client Area, please contact us.

4. Product Support

Dedicated Support is freely available for everyone who purchased one of our products for a period of 1 year since the purchase date. The support will be for a single registered domain only. We don't offer support for our free products.

Our commitments on support are:

  • Provide support in medialup.com private ticket system, medialup.com community forums are not an official support channel.
  • Provide support on matters related to product's exploitation and possible malfunctions.
  • Provide support on light product's modifications.
  • Provide support even if product was slightly modified by customer.

We do reserve the right to stop supporting you in any of the following situation:

  • The client is using a defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, vulgar, obscene language in the relation with any of medialup.com staff member.
  • The client is using a heavily modified version of the product, and the modifying wasn't provided by medialup.com.
  • Infringements or violations of any right of a third party.
  • Violation of any law, whether civil, criminal, or regulatory in nature, regarding your usage of the product.

Please note that to get proper support, you need to agree that you will cooperate with medialup.com staff members.

5. Refund Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase.

We offer non-tangible irrevocable products, this is why our Refund Policy is conditional, and refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy, below.

We advise you to check our product demos before you buy. If the product you have purchased does not include the features and functionality as described at medialup.com website and we cannot provide you with a solution you are entitled to request a refund. Please be aware that we can't provide changes or customization services for free. Customer's inability to use purchased product(s) due to lack of required skills does not require us to provide a refund.

If you think you require a refund you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to your credit/debit card. Under any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.

6. Disclaimer

medialup.com products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

medialup.com does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason.

medialup.com reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
